Is it possible to remotely backup iPhone

Hello there. I lost my phone unfortunately. Is it possible to back it up remotely through another device? And it also says my iTunes is corrupt and I can’t login, what should I do? Thank you.

No. You cannot remotely backup.

as for iTunes, try uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes on your PC
