Upgrade from Apple Watch 3 to 8
Any new tricks or tips in transferring from Apple Watch 3 to sweet Apple Watch 8?

I made the same move and it went great ( watch 3 to 8, phone 11PM to 14PM).
Just run a phone backup first. The phone backup is how you backup a watch.
Then when you're pairing the new watch, choose that backup.
I expect that you won't have any issues either ;-)
