I pad pro not responding

My iPad was charging last night this morning completely dead, I have tried an alternative charger this morning for ; hours still nothing - help! What next?

Wondering which iPad Pro model you are using:

You might want to try plugging in to an alternate power point in case the one you have been using is faulty.

With a serial number, you can check Your Service and Support Coverage

Find the serial number or IMEI on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support


You can enter the Serial number online, to see your iPad's info:

That's the 2021 model.


If nothing above has helped, and if you are near an Apple Store, you might want to make an appointment, and take your iPad in for the experts to take a look at, and advise you: Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple


Best to take along a receipt, or other proof of purchase, if you can.
