Teen friendly phones

Does anyone know how I contact Apple requesting the release of simpler/more affordable/kid friendly phone that just does texting, calls and photos? Phones are so expensive and out of reach for most people and basic texting/calling/photos is all my friends and I want for our young teens. 4 year old used phones are still $200+.

Where is pending contact management request? I'm trying to manage my child's contacts through Family Sharing. In her profile on my phone under 'screen time,' I've gone into 'Communications Limits' and toggled on the switch to Manage [Name's] Contacts. The request is pending. I have my child's phone with me and a sharing request never appears on her home screen. I even toggle the contact management request on my phone on and off a few times, but still nothing appears. Losing 'requests' like this is a common problem with iPhones. They just go into the ether. There should be a place on the phone where you can see all pending requests.

If you just want those basic features, perhaps a basic phone would be what you are looking for rather than an iPhone. Your carrier should have quite a few options...
