You will want a device or Mac that you can wipe without restoring, including data that you do not need reliably available and uncorrupted, and with an Apple ID and iCloud data you do not need available and uncorrupted. Don’t use a beta with a device or with data you need to work. Or as Apple phrases it: Install the beta software only on non-production devices that are not business critical. We strongly recommend installing on a secondary system or device, or on a secondary partition on your Mac.

You don't need an invite for the public beta program. Just go here (https://beta.apple.com/sp/betaprogram) and click on the "sign up" button.
You can pay Apple $99 for access to developer seeds. If you have a company or educational business account, then you can access the premier "Appleseed for IT" program here: https://appleseed.apple.com/it. I'm afraid I can't help with the super-sekret "Appleseed" program. That is by invitation-only. You'll need to demonstrate your status as a social-media influencer first. Once you've proven that you'll do a good job publicizing Apple's secret beta products, then you might have a chance. Note that you don't have to do any of this to download or install Apple's beta software. There is actually no technical restriction of any kind.
My suggestion is to stay away from it all. You don't need to be doing Apple's marketing for them for free. If you want to do it to boost your own profile, then do that. Start your own YouTube or TikTok channel without signing any NDA contracts with Apple.
These Apple support communities do not provide assistance with beta products once they are installed.
