OSX showing incorrect information for me (organizer) on Family settings

Recently added a new iPhone (13 mini) with existing Apple ID from (User 2's) iPad.

On my laptop only, Apple M1 Max MBP, Ventura 13.2.1, my Apple ID account details appear to be crossed with user 2 and are unchangeable

Details

• I am the organizer
• User 2 is the most recent change to the account, adding an iPhone 13 mini
• OSX login for me now shows User 2's information and icon.
• I've attempted to change the icon. It does allow me to save it but does not affect the account.
• There does not appear to be any means of updating the user name.
• I've signed out/in again - no change.
• The issue does not cross over to any other device (iOS) nor other user's accounts (i.e. my information and icon are correct).
