I know that updating iOS can cause the private mac address to change when connecting to the same Wi-Fi.
But I noticed the my device (12 mini) sonetimes during/after update change private address even 2 times… Happened that to someone else?

Glad you worked it out. The iPhone will also provide different MAC addresses to different networks so you can’t be tracked across networks.
And if it is your own home or work network you can turn off Private Wi-Fi Address, as it offers no benefit when connecting to “trusted” networks.
I found out that the Mac address changed twice because I updated the device twice :)
