I can’t cancel my disney+ account on iTunes. My credit card is charged monthly (apple/bill) but I neither get the receipt nor can I see the subscription on iTunes.
When trying to cancel via Disney+ I am prompted to iTunes, where no subscription shows.
The reason might be that I created the Disney account using a different email address. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

You need to sign into the Apple ID connected to that email address, then cancel the subscription.

By changing the email address associated with the original Apple ID, or by creating a new one? Either way contact Official Apple Support for assistance.

Thanks tt2. The problem is that I changed the old Apple ID to the current one long ago.
