Add Apple Card to MacBook Air

I got a new Apple Card (Mastercard) online when I purchased a new device. I would like to add the Apple Card to pay for subscriptions in the App Store from my MacBook Air. I don't have the physical card so there's no way to add it manually via Wallet & Apple Pay, nor via appleid.apple.com. How can i find my Apple Card number?

If you don’t have an iPhone, and you “signed up during a purchase” …

… you probably have what’s termed an “Apple Line of Credit”; which is only usable for Apple goods and services.
