Can't find Youtube Premium Download Button

I have premium subscription on YouTube but I can't find the YouTube Download button in options/videos. is there a way to enable it?

After typing just YouTube YouTube Downloader appeared in the list. However when I scrolled down, there was no YouTube Downloader available. What did I do wrong?

youtube video All the threads/answers are 10 yrs old. I have YouTube Premium subscription. On Safari, there is no "download" button, but there is on Brave browser for my account, and on my iPhone 13 Pro. I have checked settings, allowed downloads for YouTube.com, restarted Safari, and restarted my Mac. No button. Any solution? Thanks.
