I got a scam text from canada post and without thinking i clicked on the link and entered my name, birthday and address and now I’m worried that there is a virus in my phone. Am i safe because I didn’t enter any of my credit card info or should I be worried because I clicked on the link and entered some of my info? And what should I go to get rid of any viruses that might be on my phone now?

Nothing was infected or installed because that’s not how the system was designed and you were never prompted for your Apple ID password.
This is a scam!!
If you receive a suspicious email or SMS text message that looks like it's supposed to be from Apple, please email it to reportphishing@apple.com.

There is no virus on your phone. Just clear your browser history.

Being a scam, you can report this to Apple, showing it to them firsthand. That way, they can see what is taking place. Add you screenshots as attachments, letting them know what this is all about: A report of a scam, with screenshots attached. Send it to: reportphishing@apple.com
Well, to be honest; that’s public information that anyone could look up.
For example; I have my entire neighborhood data downloaded on my Mac so I know who lives where.
Anytime you share your birthday with others, they know that information.
Think about those birthday celebrations with your coworkers.
I hope you learned something from this experience.
should i still be worried about my information getting out? because i still entered my name and birthday.
