How do you rename Mac Mail Favorites?

I just setup a new Mac and did not migrate from another Mac. In Mail, my favorites include the "account" name. For example, Drafts is shown as "Drafts - ISP Network." On all of my other Macs, the favorites for Drafts is simply "Drafts." Every setting in Mail is identical between Macs yet I cannot seem to change the name of the favorite to get rid of the network name. Any ideas?
