My Apple birthdays calendar isn’t working on my iphone but works on my iPad/Mac. I already made sure cellular data is on for calendar and that the iCloud devices are synced but the button just isn’t there.

Store your birthdays under Contacts App for a Contact, it will automatically appear here in the calendar.
