Time in status bar one minute slow

On my iPad mini 5th gen, the time in the status bar reads one minute slow compared to the clock app time. Has anyone noticed this?

Looks like a bug.

Be aware that iPadOS 16.3.1 is current. You would be well advised to update your iPad as soon as possible - as the iPadOS 16.3.1 update includes essential security updates.

This update may also resolve your issue.
