When I open messenger or message or instagram app and many other apps suddenly click timer at up pops up continuously which disturbs . I had a chat with support they asked update the iOS version which I did and it’s not fixed yes .

If you are referring to Siri's Suggestion of a timer, it is triggered by a particular time when you usually start the timer and is not dependent on any App.
