I can't open iCloud email attachments
I do not use my iCloud email, only use my ****@ hotmail.com. I should have a lot of I cloude memories, but I can not open iCloud email attachments, any advice?

If you can’t open an attachment, it might have been created using an app you don’t have on your computer. Ask the sender to resend the file in a format compatible with an app you have.
If you have already verified you have a compatible app to open the attachment, is this happening with all devices you use to check your iCloud email?
Is this happening with all attachments, or only certain file types or attachment from specific contacts?
