HELP!!! PLEASE

I had an app IAlbum. All and I mean all my photos were saved in this app. I was transferring all of my photos from this app to my camera roll then to my onedrive. Sadly this was the only way to do this. Well while doing this it was too much for phone storage so it kept telling me no storage left. So I went to research a different way to do this and couldnt find anything. So I started removing apps and giving myself some room. Once I gained room I went to go back into the app with ALL my photos it had an icloud icon next to it so when I went to "reload" it it said this app is no longer available in app store. I checked the app store purchases and " not on this phone" and the app is nowhere. I just got a new laptop and loaded itunes but a backup hasnt been done yet. I did an icloud backup now and then but when I went into my icloud the app wasnt there to "get into" There has to be a way to recover my photos I dont know who the "creator" is as the app is no longer available. What do I do?
