Airplay pauses then stops after 10-11 seconds while using Apple Fitness

Try closing all the apps running in the background on the phone. This worked for me! I also have a Toshiba Amazon Fire tv.

I have a very similar problem! For about 2 months I had been airplaying my apple fitness + workouts to my TVs. They’re both insignia fire TVs. About 2 weeks ago my livingroom tv began to give me issues. It would connect for about 9 seconds and then disconnect but my bedroom tv would still work. We’ve tried disconnecting the wifi, deleting apps, turning off the phone, turning off the tv & restarting it and nothing works. Today I used my bedroom tv for an apple fitness workout and it worked as usual but immediately after I tried to do a mindful cool down & now I’m having the same connection issues with both TVs. Please someone help, this is a waste of my apple fitness subscription 😭

I used airplay on my Amazon tv with Apple Fitness successfully for months. This just started this year. And it is only with Apple Fitness app. Everything works fine.

My peloton and YouTube apps have no problems with airplay.

I can confirm that none of these fixes have helped. Same issue - after about 10 seconds, the Fitness+ app disconnects. I have even made sure the iPhone screen would not turn off, but makes no difference.

I’m having the exact same problem. Are there any fixes yet for this problem? It makes the apple fitness unusable.
