My iPhone 11 is in recovery mode but it won't register to the computer

My phone is to the part where it tells me to plug it into the computer but when I do it's not doing anything

Did you try another USB port?

Are you using the original Apple USB cable that came with the iPhone?

Did you force restart the phone while being connected to your computer, as described in this article?
