Since updating to 16.3.1 my Mail app will flash on the screen then close. It appears to be receiving mail in the background because the number of emails changes as I update them on another device.. Ideas?

I had to delete and download the app again. I did NOT lose my accounts. However, once it is downloaded, you have to go back to Settings> Mail> Accounts> swipe the Mail slider to start receiving mail again.
Hi Grey_Pete,
It sounds like you were able to clear up the issue. Thanks for letting us know!
Best wishes.
