brand new iphone 14 promax unresponsive, how do I get it start?

My brand new i phone 14 promax is completely unresponsive. I tried the fixes and it doesn't seem to work. any suggestions?

If the instructions in the link at the top of the page did not work, then you need to get an appointment at an Apple Store for help.
