Can I trade in my iPhone at the store, or do I still have to send it in?

Hi,

I bought a new phone just under 2 weeks ago and traded in my old one.

I completely forgot to send my old one in and the final date to do it is in 2 days.

can I bring it into the store or am I still ok to post it without getting charged for the phone?

You can still send it in, but if it gets in past the 14 day window, you may get a revised value for it, instead of the originally quoted one.

Send it in as quickly as possible. You should have received a trade-in kit with the return label for shipment.

If you take it into a store, you will get a gird card with its value instead of having the valuer applied to the purchase of the new iPhone.
