no, they havent included those in ages, my apple watch 4 didn't come with one, newer iphones also does not come with one or a headset like they used to do
you can use any old ac charger with connector that fits or charge by connecting to a computer with a port that fits
or purchase one iPhone Chargers - Apple
if you only have old usb-a ac chargers you can use a adaptor
from usb-a to usb-c
