Hi I brought a second hand watch from cex and it’s shown up today with an activation lock on it payed 125 for it have the receipt from them for it
I’m hoping I can avoid going into the shop’s tomorrow by fixing the issue today with your help
You must get a refund. Nobody, not even Apple, can remove activation lock without the previous owner. Cex should have been more careful not to sell a useless watch to you.
Any Apple device with activation lock still applied is totally useless to the new owner unless the original owner can be contacted.
