Does anyone use the game Zooba? If so, have you had any problems with being charged for purchases you did not authorize?

I’ve been trying for days I have a payment method on file and money in my account and have even checked to see if it was my account or the game and I can purchase things on anything else other than this app, I contacted them multiple times and nothing
