How to unlock imcoming calls

If you are connected to a Carrier and you have a cellular connection, your iPhone is open to incoming calls.

If you have activated Do Not Disturb, you will not be notified when you receive a call. You can disable Do Not Disturb in the Control Center. Pull up the Control Center from the bottom of the screen, find the Focus button, tap in and disable Do Not Disturb.
