Transferring photos from iCloud to Windows

Hi there,

I need to free up some space on my iCloud storage as it just got nearly full. I used two metadata attributes for photos and videos - Title and Caption. I attempted to download those photos and videos directly from iCloud.com in different ways - not modified and modified but neither of them resulted in the items being downloaded with those metadata.

Is there anybody out there who has any solution to that?

Windows, Windows 6

Hi Jmanna13

I've already read through all the articles in the topic but I still didn't find the right method to download photos and videos with their metadata recorded in iCloud.com. I have the feeling that Apple Support wont't be either able to help me with this. I am sad to see that such a fundamental feature like moving metadata along with the actual data is not available.
