Beats Studio 3
My Beats studios 3 won’t connect or play sound but the lights are solid white. I can not reset them or power them off any more. Is there a fix for this?

Contact the manufacturer, and request assistance with finding a solution. Ask them for some tip on troubleshooting this, and ask if you can get a swapout. They make or may not make the product. So, they'd know an upfront answer.
