Beats Solo 3 connection issue

Up until a few days ago my beats worked great, now the 5 white lights remain on and when any button is touched it goes through a flash cycle from white to red 3x then all whites flash 10x then remain lit. I have followed all the steps to reset them and they'll connect for a second then loses its connection immediately. Any help would be great I only got the. A month ago😣please tell me this is something that can be fixed very easily

You might want to try following Apple Support's method of pairing your headphones:

Set up and use your Solo3 Wireless headphones - Apple Support


You can also try Resetting your headphones:

"If you’re having sound, Bluetooth, or charging issues with your headphones, try resetting them".

You might want to check that you are only connecting headphones to one device at a time.

(Eg may not be switching between multiple devices.)


See if turn off / turn on bluetooth helps
