beats keep blinking when trying to power on

whenever i attempt to turn on my beats studio pro, it’ll flash white lights 2 times before stopping. i have to keep holding it down and it’ll keep doing this a few times. eventually, i have to reset it and i have to do this multiple times a day.

i tried checking in my settings under the beats device to see if i need to update it, to no avail. and sometimes even after i reset it, it’ll still blink white. (not the pairing blink white; just short blinks twice before it stops).

it can still turn on and pair properly once in a while, but it’s no longer reliable. i’ve had these beats for a year or two and this has never happened. can someone help me fix this issue?
