Removing a Certificate that I never installed.
The certificate is named, Cisco Umbrella Secondary SubCA. When researching what it is I kind of figured out that it’s just some search blocker that’s usually used for education purposes to block things out that the educator doesn’t want. I have a guess as to where it had come from. About a year ago in my last year of highschool, I had connected to my school wifi and considering the school wants to limit the amount of things that their students are allowed to search on their chrome books, I assume they installed this cisco program to their network(I have no clue how networking works). However whenever I did connect to this wifi I did notice that there were limited options I could look up on my phone when using the school wifi so I just had swapped back to my data, but when I did I realized it had the same search options as the school wifi did. Before connecting to this school wifi, this was never a problem. This is my own device, my own everything . The only way I can get my own search results once again is by using a VPN which bypasses it, but it’s slow since it’s a VPN so it’s kind of a hassle to just deal with since this is something that should have never happened to begin with.
I just really want to figure out a way to remove it/uninstall it. Below is an image of what the certificate is I think or at-least the issuer.
