When I pay for I cloud it says update your payment information
Iam worried I can’t pay for buying iCloud storage and I have lost some data of notes n photos

If your card has expired or if there is no coverage on the card, you must update your card.
You can add a new card or update your current one here:
Settings → Apple ID → Media & Purchases → View Account → Manage Payment
