MacBook Pro M2 not detecting usb drive, mouse & keyboard

One of Thunderbolt port (MacBook Pro M2 13 in') not detecting usb drive, mouse & keyboard?

(No any physical damage, this happened suddenly. I brought this 3 months ago as brand new. Until now everything worked fine)

Hi,

Try to check your MacBook Pro with Apple Diagnostics if it reports USB4 related error.

Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac - Apple Support

If it reports the error or not, you'd better take your MacBook Pro to your local retail AppleStore, Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro there before one year limited warranty is expired(if you don't have AppleCare).

on the M2 SoC—


The best you can do if you have an issue— equivalent Shut down, close the lid 30 secs+ , reboot as normal.

If no resolve try SafeBoot How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support to sort anomalies.



If no still no resolve, take it in for a possible hardware issue:
