Apple news+ magazine updates

The Moneyweek magazine is released every week. The latest edition on Apple news is dated 10th Feb. Today is 23rd Feb! By tomorrow I’ll be two editions behind. Is this Apple’s way of keeping their costs down? Does anybody else have issues with magazine updates? Hoping it’s a software issue, if not, looking to cancel all subscriptions.

Hello Rawstylus,

We understand that Apple News+ is n to updating as expected. To clarify, does this issue only occur with Moneyweek or do you experience this issue with other content as well?

The following steps may be able to correct the issue that you're having when an app is not working as expected:

1. "Close and reopen the app

Force the app to close. Then open the app to see if it works as expected.

2. Restart your device

Restart your iPhone or restart your iPad. Then open the app to see if it works as expected.

3. Check for updates

Update the software on your iPhone or iPad. (Secure your data with a backup)

4. Delete the app, then redownload it"

Delete the app. When you do this, you might lose data that was stored in the app. Then redownload the app. Then check to see if the problem with the app is fixed.

More details here: If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open

If the issue persists or only occurs with Moneyweek, we suggest that you reach out to Apple directly concerning this issue. You can follow the link to connect with them: Get Support

Take care.
