i watch disconnected from i phone and wont pair again.

Ok I assume iOS16 si make sure the phone gets updated to iOS16.3.1 and Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are turned on, then restart both Watch and iPhone.
If they don't communicate erase the watch and set up again.
ie Put your watch on its charger and keep it there until you complete these steps. (select the watch OS version)

Or you can erase and remove it from your account in Find My or https://icloud.com/find .
