My appletv stopped working

Please hekp me. My appletv 4k 32 gb from 2019 stop working short after an system update.

how can I get it it reacting to my remote again? Right now i can only turn some8thing on when I hold down both menu and right button (the litttle rectangel). Holding down the buttons for a while appletv blinking and i can get start picture and the pause picture, but I can't do other thing at all. Apple tv is not working. How to failseek device? Or do I had to get a new appletv? Ihad to chose source hdmi on my tv to get something. Automatic opening do not work anymore.
