prl settings on iphone se 2022

when i look for my prl setting on my iphone se 2022 under settings, about, carrier it only shows voice & sms. my wifes iphone 13 shows voice & sms and pressing again shows prl1

Carrier Voicemail is defaulted in phone app I am unable to use my personal recorded voicemail for incomimng calls even though I selected in the menu. It is obvious that is a Carrier Settings. For preferred Roaming, please contact your carrier.
