I just switched phones from XR to 13 and transferred all data. I had one locked note that I used to be able to open with my face. On my new phone, it is not giving me that option to use my face and only asking for a password which I don't remember. How to I get access back to this note?

Access it from the old iPhone, or correctly guess the password. There isn't a way to reset or retrieve it.
