i was not able to access the notes with pass in my iphone because i forgot the password i tried setting a new password but the new password can only open new notes when i lock them with old note i can't open it i really need to open my note please help me recover this password thanks

To unlock a note, you need to enter the password that it's locked with. If you forgot your notes password, Apple can't help you regain access to your locked notes.

No one here, including Apple, will be able to retrieve the old notes password for you. You get unlimited amount of tries to get the right password. If you are still unable to recall/retrieve the correct password, then I recommend that you perform a Google search on the internet and look for third party apps that claim to address this issue.
