Can't add my SmarTrip card to Wallet after Upgrading Watch

I wanted to capture for the community how I fixed this. I upgraded my watch and my SmartTrip card disappeared. Unfortunately, there was no way to add it back without the physical card. I needed to go to appleid.apple.com to remove ipay from my watch. Once I did that the SmartTrip card was available from my phone.

Interesting thing is that I was unable to do this from the watch app or the wallet app. It needed to be done from appleid.apple.com. Hope this helps others.
