Security keys not supported on MacBook Pro 13
I'm trying to add my 2 security keys to protect my iCloud stuff (Settings | AppleID | Password & Security | Add Security Keys) but once I've read my 2 keys, it's complaining that my MacBook Pro 13 is not supported - see picture, even though I've updated it to Ventura this morning (and logged in also with my Apple ID without any issue).
Apple says the requirements to set up security keys with Apple ID are:
- Two-factor authentication set up for your Apple ID
- iOS 16.3, iPadOS 16.3, or macOS Ventura 13.2, or later on all of the devices where you’re signed in with your Apple ID
- To sign in to Apple Watch, Apple TV, or HomePod after you set up security keys, you need an iPhone or iPad with a software version that supports security keys
- A modern web browser – if you can’t use your security key to sign in on the web, update your browser to the latest version or try another browser
I'm complying with these 4 bullets, but my MacBook is still not supported. OK I admit that I kinda forced Ventura on my machine by using OpenCore, but Ventura is working fine on my MacBookPro11,1
So, my ultimate question is: If I enable the Security Keys on my AppleID, does that mean that I won't be able to use this AppleID on my MacBook?
