FWIW I use the Weather Channel App as it is pretty accurate.
There are many other free weather apps in the App Store. You might find one you would like better.
YUP I always use the feedback portal as well.
I like the Apple Weather app when it works. I loved it when it was Dark Sky which Apple bought.
IOS 16 weather app is so broken. I miss Dark Sky.
