Speaker problem

I have an iPhone X, and I was playing music and it was working fine. The music was playing at the bottom speakers but when I got a phone call it immediately stopped working. Sound was coming out of the earpiece which was fine but when I put it on loud speaker I could barely hear anything (my volume was on max aswell). After the phone call I played music again and now the sound only comes out of the earpiece instead of the bottom speakers.

I tried restarting my phone. Done the whole volume slider in settings. And my phone is already updated to the latest update.

also whenever I download an app on the AppStore it locks me into the app and I have to turn off my phone to get out of the App Store.

can someone help please?
