To begin with, you may want to have a look at the manual for the QuickTake 100:

The best way of getting the picures off of the camera would probably be via an approx. 1993-1995 Macintosh computer (see page 2 in the manual for system requirements). Make sure that you get the QuickTake software with the camera if you buy one. Once on the old Macintosh computer, it should be possible to export PICT files to a more modern Mac (where something like GraphicConverter could be used). Depending on the exact old Macintosh model/equipment and the newer Mac model/operating system, you could use floppies, Zip-disks, or Ethernet for transfers.
It was also possible to use the camera with an early Windows computer (via a special cable and software for Windows).
