Apple ID disabled

Please my Apple ID is disabled and I have reset password several times.

If your Apple ID is disabled in iTunes and the App Store, resetting the password won't help.. You will need to contact Apple Support. The following Apple Support article includes a link that you can use to contact Apple Support: If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
