Skipping first second of songs - Apple Community
This topic suggests that the problem is with Airplay. I’m convinced that’s not the case. Because on my new Apple TV I have the same problem when Apple Music is played directly on the device and listened to on my home cinema by hdmi. Just like before on my iPad with Airplay.
It seams that there is no real solution, isn’t it?

My Apple TV is up to date. I've had this issue as long as I have Apple music, then with my i-Pad streaming with Airplay on my home cinema amplifier (and that is shortly after Apple offered lossless quality) That's one of the reasons I bought the Apple tv lately. Because it plays directly by HDMI on the amplifier. The problem does not occur (never!) with other music services like Spotify, Tidal or Deezer, even with Airplay. I've tried all suggestions in this forum and on the internet like reïnstalling everything. And lately I've tried shutting down spatial audio (just stereo). But no dice!

To help resolve this issue, make sure your Apple TV is up-to-date by following the steps here: Update your Apple TV - Apple Support
Try playing music from a different app to see if the same thing occurs. This will help determine if the issue is with the app itself.
