As of today 2/23/2023 I only have time-lapse as a video option. What happened?

Wait... Video and slo-mo are available options when I'm NOT on the phone. As soon as I pick up a phone call the video and slo-mo disappear as an option as I just observed that happen. Is this something that I've never noticed before? Like you can't talk on the phone and shoot video or slo-motion video while using the phone?

I tried the force restart. Sure, that got things back to normal on the camera app, but as soon as I took a call, poof, gone were the video and slo-mo options.

I had whatever the iOS version prior to 16.3.1 earlier today. I recorded a short video. 15 minutes later, I again tried recording a video and the video option was gone (as well as slow motion) and ONLY time-lapse was available. I rebooted the phone and for a few moments video and slo-mo were there, then they when I got out of the camera app and texted my friend who was also now without video mode, I clicked back on to camera and again, video was gone. I did this several times. I then downloaded the latest software and the problem continues. No Beta profiles, to VPN clients, no whatsapp..., I do have tiktok...
