Apple ID

My dad has two phones with the same Apple ID an old phone and a new one I tried logging out of old phone but it wouldn’t let me even after I removed it as a trusted device on the new phone , please what can I do to logout the old phone

Apple ID if i go to a Apple Store can they delete a Apple ID off a phone without a password? One of my relatives has my old iPhone 5 and it is asking to put the password for Apple ID but I can’t remember it. Can Apple delete the Apple ID off the phone? Please help

You need to mention what message you get when you try to log out.

Also, please turn off Screen Time before you can log out.
