if i go to a Apple Store can they delete a Apple ID off a phone without a password? One of my relatives has my old iPhone 5 and it is asking to put the password for Apple ID but I can’t remember it. Can Apple delete the Apple ID off the phone? Please help

Your relative has run into the Activation Lock. The correct password must be entered to remove the Activation Lock.

If you are still unable to recover/retrieve the forgotten password (above), then If you need help removing Activation Lock and have proof of purchase documentation, you can 👉 start an Activation Lock support request.
