Life 360 battery saver

My iPhone 11 Pro Max will not show my location on life 360 because of the battery charge/saver function. It tells my family to tell me to turn off battery saver (it is off) but I think it wants me to turn of the optimal charging function. I don’t want to do that as it protects the battery life and I don’t see why that’s a problem to life 360?!

Probably you are using third-party apps and a third-party device.
